Built by a team that understands.

A driven cybersecurity firm that is focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses increase their security awareness and knowledge. Our goal is to educate and aid small businesses to protect the business they have worked hard to build.

Our Background

A team of DevOps engineers with educational backgrounds in Cybsersecurity from NSA accredited Universities. After spending years building and maintaining IT infrastructure across industries, we noticed the most consistent vulnerability was never in the server configuration, it was in the inbox.

Our Firm

Phishing attacks work because they exploit human behavior, not technical weaknesses. A convincing email, the right sense of urgency — these are the tools used every day to drain bank accounts, expose client data, and compromise entire organizations. Most small businesses don't find out how vulnerable they are until an employee has already clicked.

That's the exact problem this firm was built to solve — proactively, on a repeating quarterly cycle, and at a price that makes sense for organizations that aren't enterprise. No seat licenses. No automated sequences. A direct working relationship with one person who knows your organization and stays accountable for your results.

Why Small & Mid-Sized Businesses

Large companies have dedicated security teams, CISOs, and enterprise platforms costing hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Small businesses — the 40-person law firm, the regional construction company, the accounting office with 30 employees — have none of that. They're targeted constantly, often more than larger organizations, and they're underserved almost entirely by the security industry.

We built this practice to close that gap. A professional, repeatable security awareness program at a fraction of the cost of enterprise platforms. No account executives. No contract negotiations that take three months. Direct communication and clear deliverables from a consultant who actually knows the technical landscape.

What We Don't Do

Our work is limited exclusively to email-based phishing simulation and security awareness training. We don't offer incident response, network penetration testing, disaster recovery, malware analysis, or managed IT services.

That focus is intentional. A consultant who does everything does nothing exceptionally well. If you need a service outside our scope, we'll tell you directly and point you toward someone who specializes in it — rather than stretch beyond what we do well.

What Makes Blue Eye Cyber Different.

There are plenty of platforms and vendors in the security awareness space. Here's why the direct engagement model produces better outcomes for small organizations.

Narrow Scope, Done Well

We do one thing: email-based phishing simulation and awareness training. Not because we can't do more — because doing one thing with consistent excellence produces better client outcomes than a broad service catalog executed at average quality. Your program won't compete with fifteen other engagements for attention.

Reports Your Leadership Will Read

Every quarterly report includes a one-page executive summary written in plain English — no log files, no technical jargon, no prerequisites to understand it. The people running your business need to see the risk clearly. Security theater that requires a security professional to decode it isn't useful to you.

Our Availability

Remote-first. Serving businesses across the United States regardless of geography. Contracts available in 6 and 12-month terms.

Authorization Policy

Zero simulation activity without a signed authorization agreement. Every engagement documented and authorized in writing before anything begins.

Every engagements authorized in writing before anything starts.

This is non-negotiable on every contract we take. Before a single campaign is configured, you sign an authorization agreement that explicitly defines what we're allowed to do, which employees are in scope, and what is strictly off-limits. There is no gray area, no surprises, and no ambiguity about what your organization has agreed to. We operate this way because it's the right thing to do — and because it protects you.
